Policy vs common sense

Here’s one example of why the entire workforce needs some sort of restructure.

In case the story doesn’t read/load, a former employee of a phone company documented a conflict between him and his supervisor.

Granted, not all jobs, and not all supervisor(s) are like this. However, there needs to be some sort of balance between common sense and work policies.
