Cost of living
Higher management issue(s)
Various unnecessary harassment
I bring this up because so many people need a place to vent, inquire about a specific issue, or seek advice. Some responses offer various answers (some with links) to report the more serious problems. All jobs have some sort of issue, and you would be surprised at how far some companies will go to maximize money. Even civil service (working with/for the government) has some headaches that need attention.
