10/90 Rule

From Chapter 2 in this book, an important lesson can be learned called the 10/90 rule.

The short version is to spend the first 10% of the time to plan to save up to 90% of the rest of the time.

Some would debate this is basic time management. However, a lot of people are told to get it done with no direction or how-to. Those who worked in retail, repair, or other fast-paced environments know where I’m coming from.

Examples – traveling, art projects, chores, stocking shelves, gaming, training, pc repairs, conflicts, and online works like this.

A smart person will tell you there’s nothing wrong with planning ahead. To save time, money, and resources means you’re ahead of the game.
