I found an Android app to help with keeping track of daily tasks.
An app called Coach.me where you set goals and keep track of your daily routine(s).

Android users, through the Google store (or app store depending on which one you use), this is what to look for.
Granted I used this app for a long time, however, I’ve heard through passing people mentioning some form of keeping track of certain tasks to build habits.
Apple users. I’m sure there’s a variant of this on your store somewhere.
