Why aren’t more businesses following this kind of practice?
Managers always pull the “we’ve been there” yet their behavior and what they ask for sure says they never have.
It’s difficult to tell a phone associate how to de-esclate a call when you, the higher up, never talked on the phone.
Hard to tell teachers their way of teaching is wrong because of social media and not experience.
This is an example of walking a mile in their shoes, and so far it’s working well. Don’t provide advice to someone/thing is you never been through the situation(s).
