The author of the day is Michael Crichton. I’m reading his book, State of Fear, and so far it’s an accurate telling of how various news outlets over exaggerate certain coverage to make certain situations worse than what they really are. There’s also various stories of how certain events happen, as opposed to what really happens. The stories are short, to the point, and connect in some form or fashion.
At time of posting this I’ve read the first few stories, and they are well written in a fashion of being classified as historical fiction.
For those interested, the book is available on amazon, or if you’re feeling lucky, there’s other means of obtaining this good piece of reading material.
