Healthy foods

Remember these foods when you’re trying to eat healthy. However, according to various doctors:

Eggs have too much cholesterol

Fish has high mercury

Any form of ice cream is not good for you regardless of how healthy the label claims

Potatoes have too much starch

Apples have too much pesticides in theme, making human consumption bad

Oranges aren’t good for those with Vitamin C allergies

Popcorn is only healthy without the added flavoring

Lean protein has too many growth hormones

Yogurt is too high of fat and sugar

Vegetables also have pesticides mixed in their genetics

And I have a chart from an actual dr claiming all this. At the end of the day, read the labels and be smart.
