Too many people complain and whine about “attention grabbers,” yet do little to take away their power. The more attention someone gets, the more they will continue on. The less attention you give someone, they will either have to change what they’re doing or quit all together.
If someone is acting up, or is making noise you’re not interested in, ignore them. Over time they will quit when enough people walk away.
